Will my senior diabetic dog with pancreatitis be in a lot of pain?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 12 years and 9 months old | 40 lbs

SO I ASKED ABOUT MY DIABETIC 13 YEAR OLD DOG THAT NOW HAS PANCREATITIS AND WILL IT FULL RECOVER AND WAS TOLD NO IT WILL NOT I NEED TO KNOW WILL HE BE IN ANY PAIN ? HE IS ALREADY COMPLETELY BLIND AND HE HAS TO GET 2 INSULIN INJECTIONS A DAY

I am so sorry that Bear is so sick at the moment! Yes, pancreatitis is extremely painful, but the pain may be able to be managed with pain medication. The best person to speak to about this is your vet, and you can discuss pain management with you for him. I hope this helps answer your question, I'm sorry you both are going through this!
