My dog front paws hurt but he can still run and play it hurts to touch he is not limping

Hi there and thank you for using pet coach to address your concern. He may have developed a soft tissue injury that will take time to heal with adequate rest. I would keep his activity level to a minimum and if he is not better after 7 days of rest, I would recommend having a veterinarian examine him so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made.
