My Pit Bull is bleeding from his head and tail. Why won't it stop?

My dog is bleeding in random spots I could not find the source of the blood but I washed him up and the blood just came right back he is a pit bull it's on the top of his head and at the very end of his tail

Poor Samson! The bleeding may be due to trauma (a fight win another animal) or a skin infection. A skin infection is likely if Samson is scratching causing self trauma. Unfortunately, certain tumors located under or within the skin can bleed as well. If he is scratching, you can get Samson an E-collar or cone until he is seen by a vet, as soon as possible. I am happy to look at photos of Samson to give you a better idea of what can be going on.
