My shih poo has pain in her left side below the rib cage. She won't eat, she doesn't want to move. She just lays around, and when she does get up to move she tucks her tail underneath her. I havnt seen her go poo for a couple days now so I gave her some pumpkin, and mineral oil and she still hasnt gone poo. On her left side I can feel a hard knot under the skin, like maybe an enlarged organ?

Poor Bella! It definitely sounds like Bella is uncomfortable. The hard knot does not necessarily indicate organ enlargement, but it can be a mass or tense muscles from the pain. Abdominal pain in dogs has many causes, including pancreatitis, intestinal torsion, and obstructions. Given her level of discomfort, Bella should be seen by a vet right away. Your vet can perform x-rays and blood work to determine what is going on and begin the appropriate treatment. I hope this helps and that all is well with Bella!
