Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Poor Pamo! Causes of vomiting and diarrhea in young cats are: intestinal parasites, viral or bacterial infections, food allergy or intolerance, inflammatory bowel disease, pancreatitis, toxin ingestion. I recommend having your Vet check a stool sample and I recommend deworming him again, even if it is negative. Since multiple attempts at fasting hasn't helped the diarrhea I think Pamo should see a Vet for an exam. He may need a course of antibiotics to help his diarrhea. I also think probiotics can be helpful, I like Purina Fortiflora. If you recently gave him a new treat or changed his food before the vomiting and diarrhea started I would stop that food/treat and go back to your original food. I hope this helps and I wish Pamo a speedy recovery!
