My puppy is vomiting, has diarrhea, and bloody stool. Is it serious?

Hi, I have a Pomeranian Chihuahua. Earlier today she puked twice and looked like she hadn’t chewed her food enough, she also has mild diarrhea and a little bit of blood in her stool.. she’s 5 months old. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 5 months and 1 day old | 7 lbs

I recommend taking Lily to a veterinarian. This may be nothing but an upset stomach but when puppies get sick they can decline quickly so making sure she doesn't have something to be concerned about and making sure she is hydrated is a must. I would bring a stool sample to check for intestinal parasites and then your veterinarian can provide medication and food to help with the blood in the stool and help with the upset stomach.
