Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | 50 lbs
I was given my dog when she was just a puppy probably a month or 2 old. Im not even sure what type of dog she is but i think shes a long haired lab mixed pit. She has been throwing up like every few days. And i found what looks like two sores of her back. I tried to get photos but she kept moving lol. Her throw up doesnt have anything in it. Sometimes its brown and sometimes its white with what looks like yellow mucus in it. Its been a while since shes been seen and had shots.

Poor Abigail. It is difficult to tell exactly what the spots are on her back but possibly a local skin infection. Vomiting can be caused by several things like parasites, a GI obstruction, change in food, human food, toxins, and much more . If she is not eating then I would go ahead and take her to your vet to be checked out. If she is willing to eat and she is never throwing up her food then I would be more concerned about other causes like acid reflux or just an upset tummy. You may try to feed her some plain boneless skinless chicken breasts and see if This settles her tummy. You can also try giving her 20mg Pepcid (aka famotidine) once a day. If this still doesn’t help, then I would have your vet look at her. Your vet will be able to determine the cause and get he started on the proper meds to help her feel better. I hope this helps!
