I just got a puppy he’s about a month & a couple of weeks. This is my second day with him. But I’m worried he doesn’t eat ask much. I give him the milk for puppies I give him soiled food I crush it up for him but he doesn’t eat. What should I do? Is it because he’s away from his mom? I’m just worried he doesn’t eat as much.

Poor Chico. It may be that he is away from his mom and littermates. He may also not be use to the dog food over his mother’s milk depending on his age. I would continue to offer him the dry and canned puppy food. If he isn’t eating it you can also try some plain chicken (no bones) and white rice. If he doesn’t eat anything, I would be sure to put some Karo syrup or nutrical in his gums to prevent a low blood sugar. If he continues to not eat, lethargic (never playing) or any other symptoms, I would have your vet take a look at him. Your vet will be able to do a fecal and even blood work if needed and get him started on meds if needed. I hope this helps!
