Why does my dog still have worms & bloody diarrhea after deworming?

My dog is very sick. I have wormed her and she is still throwing up worms and having bloody diarrhea and she won’t move a lot we’ve been putting fluids down her. She is throwing up foam. She wines and has lost a lot of weight idk If she is ate up with worms or has Parvo. We gave her a Parvo shot and the next day she was sick it seems to be because of worms though. They women I got her from said She wormed her 2 then I wormed her a 3rd so why does she still have worms is this fatal? Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | 2 months and 27 days old | 10 lbs

The deworming product you are using is probably not good enough, you must take Sophie to the vet urgently in order to get her dewormed with a stronger/better product Urgently as this can indeed be fatal if left untreated.
