My cat won't eat, is tired, and has pale paws. What should I do?

Hello,my 5 and half years old cat was fine, eating a lot, going outside.. Suddenly, yesterday he didn't seem well and he refused to eat and today he still doesn't want to eat he keeps refusing food and seem like want to eat but can't, also he becomes very quiet and looks very tired like if there's something wrong, his nose and paws were pink now they turned light pink, I'm scared that he is dying and I can't take him to the vet cuz whenever we take a cat or kitten to the vet they just died there. I'm sorry Bibich isn't feeling well. If he seems like he wants to eat and can't, then I get suspicious that maybe something is painful in his mouth. Also, then lighter color of his nose and paws concern me that maybe his is anemic. Anemia can be caused by infections, blood loss, and even the immune system attacking the red blood cells. I know you are worried about taking him to the veterinarian, but there is a chance they could find out what is wrong and help him.
