Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 21 years and 8 months old | 8 lbs
Hi my cat has had diarrhea for around 2-3 days, he’s eating fine and I’m making sure he’s drinking water, I thought it was just pass after a day or two but today I’ve woken up and there’s quite a lot of liquid stools in his litter tray, one in particular had a tiny spot of blood in it, not a lot but is there anything I should be worried about and should I take him to the vets immediately?

It sounds as Milo is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. i would recommend taking him to the vet the first chance you get, he will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection he will need an antibiotics course and a special food for a few days in order to get better.
