My active puppy is suddenly tired, not eating, and sad. Is she sick?

I have my puppy that normally is really active,playfull and happy. Today we left her for about 5 or 6 hours with someone at home while we ran errands, we came home and she seemed happy to see us but then when we gave her dinner she didnt seem to be hungry when she normally loves eating her food everyday, then normally after dinner she plays with us and her toys but today she went directly to sleep and she slept for like one hour instead of playing, when she woke up she looked all sad and tired. Pet's info: Dog | Miniature Schnauzer | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 19 days old | 5 lbs

How is Pepper doing today? If she is still not herself then I recommend taking her to a veterinarian. She is young and small and puppies can get sick and decline quickly.
