I was putting ear mite drops in my cats ears, she shook her head and some of the liquid splashed on to my face and mouth ... It feels a little numb. Will this hurt me?

Hello. I am sorry for your concerns, but you will be fine. I have been splashed on the face, mouth & eyes so many times than I can count. You are reacting to the carrier of the ear mite medication, which is actually a little drying, that is what is causing the sensation of numbness. I am sure you have washed your face by now, so do not worry about anything else. Take care.
