Fluffy got this lump on his chin 3 weeks ago. She is 15years old, first it was on 1 location, now there are more locations where she has those lumps.

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Poor Fluffy! I am worried that the lumps maybe lymph nodes. Enlarged lymph nodes can be from: draining infection, inflammation, reactive or from cancer. I think it is best to make an appointment for your Vet to examine her. It's hard to be sure in a picture. But any new lump should be looked at, especially if they increase in size or more form. After your Vet takes a look they may want to do a fine needle aspirate (FNA) of the lumps and send them out to see if we can identify what the lumps are. I hope this helps and I wish Fluffy the very best!
