Why is my dog vomiting, not eating, and shivering? Is it serious?

My pet dog is not eating anything...she is vomiting and pooping...Her urine colour is dark yellow.....she is even shivering.I want to know what is she suffering from? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female

Poor girl! It sounds like Binny is very dehydrated. Because there are so many causes of vomiting, diarrhea, and inappetance in dogs it's impossible to say what one thing might be causing this. She could have an intestinal obstruction, cancer, GI parasites, a food sensitivity, infection, endocrine disease, kidney disease, liver disease, or toxin exposure (among other things). Binny's signs are very concerning to me and she needs to be examined by a veterinarian right away. She may need blood tests and X-rays to diagnose her. The sooner treatment is started the better her chances for a recovery.
