Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 8 lbs
I've been taking in a stray cat for several years on and off. He has been increasingly pooping in my 1-bed apartment with increasingly worse consequences. Won't use litter box & is sometimes unable to help himself, it's uncontrollable diarrhea. In the last week, he's gone all over an entire room twice, & today laid in a poop puddle 10-15 min. I'm unemployed, I am not allowed to have cats & am risking my apartment. Bottom line is, sadly he has to go. Is there any solution other than euthanasia?

I would give him a chance by taking him to your local animal control center or animal humane association. I would explain that he is a stray that you have been feeding and I would tell them about the diarrhea. If they have funding and the space to work do diagnostics and try to treat him and then adopt him out. Best of luck and thank you for caring for him.
