My kitten was caught in a door and can't walk. What should I do?

My kitten got caught when father shut the door. He got seizure or it looks like it, I don't know which part is the injury. At first his other eye was irresponsive. And he can't kinda move his front legs and he is crawling. He's trying very hard to walk and jump. Its just painful to watch. It was yesterday night and I took care. I don't have anything to go to vet. Tell me what at least I can do.. For now the kitten is fighting hard and improving. He's no rejecting food and water drink his moms. It sounds like Ming was very badly injured and it is best to seek veterinary care ASAP. Even if he is improving, there could be internal injuries such as broken bones or organ damage from being shut in the door that are not visible to the naked eye.
