Hello. Angus may have Miliary Dermatitis, a type of allergy syndrome seen in cats. He may do very well with either a prescription hypoallergenic diet or an occasional steroid injection. Some cats only require these several times a year. Make sure Angus is receiving regular flea preventatives, even if you do not suspect that he has fleas. Cats are amazing at removing fleas, but just one bite can set a cat up for weeks of miserable itching. Talk to your vet & see what recommendation will work best for Angus. Thank you.
