My kitten has bloody diarrhea and is leaking. Should I see a vet?

My kitten has had diarrhoea for several days, we thought it may pass but now her bottom is leaking almost constantly she also had blood in her poo this morning, what advice can you give me? Pet's info: Cat | British Shorthair | Female | unspayed | 3 months and 10 days old
