My dog is active but not eating or drinking. Why the tummy noises?

Rainah isn't eating or drinking at all today. She's active as usual but not interested in food or water. I've also noticed lots of noises going on in her tummy! Should I be worried? Pet's info: Dog | Rottweiler | Female | spayed | 1 year and 7 months old | 65 lbs

If she ate something she should not have or had a change in food or picked up an infection, then she may have an upset stomach that is making her nauseated. If you notice any vomiting or diarrhea or her appetite hasn’t not returned after 24 hours then I would be concerned and have her checked by your vet.
