What are these spreading bumps and scabs on my kittens' faces?

Kitten 5 weeks 3 days has a bump and a scab on his cheeks. I am noticing that some other kittens are getting the same thing

This is suspicious of ringworm (a fungal infection of the skin); especially since all of the kittens have it. This could also be due to a yeast or bacteria infection, but I think it's much more likely to be ringworm.. It's to have a veterinarian examine them sometime soon, because ringworm can spread to different parts of the body and can spread to people. Also, the more involved the infection, the longer it will take to clear. The vet will be able to definitively diagnose it and give the best treatment. For now, I recommend washing your hands anytime you touch Otis.
