My cat wheezes after kitten URI. Is this normal or cause for concern?

I have a cat who had an upper respiratory infection as a kitten. I found him on the street. He got antibiotics and all. He is now 6months and sometimes when he sleeps he sounds like he wheezes. Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | neutered | 6 months and 13 days old | 6 lbs

Depending on what type of upper respiratory infection Gotham had as a kitten, he may have some damage to his nasal pathways that will cause him to snore or wheeze when he is sleeping. Usually this is not a problem, but if it is getting worse or you notice any other clinical signs, I would certainly contact your veterinarian to make sure it is not something that needs treatment.
