What vaccinations are essential for my new adult outdoor cat?

I have a cat who's been roaming outside, whom I been meaning to own it. I know it needs vaccinations but I'm not sure which ones? I know it's more than 6 months

Leilah is beautiful! She needs vaccinations but she also needs deworming. My suggestion is to also have her spayed or she WILL get pregnant! For vaccinations she needs: 1. FVRCP - basically the feline distemper vaccination 2. Rabies 3. Feline leukemia (FeLV) She should be dewormed when she gets her vaccines. 3-4 weeks after she gets those vaccines she needs boosters of the FVRCP and feline leukemia vaccines. After that the vaccines are once a year. It is also recommended that before she gets vaccinated that the vet runs a feline leukemia/FIV test to make sure she is not infected before vaccinating.
