Will leaving the animal channel on TV scare my cat when I'm gone?

is it recommended to leave the T.V. tuned on to the animal channel in the room for the cat while away from home. My concern is that the pictures of the larger animals that may be featured at some point on the TV screen does not scare my cat.

Hi there and thank you for using pet coach to address your concern. The puctures on the tv should not cause any fear with your cat. These ani.als on the screen are not perceived as large to an animal when on the screen. The noises may create stress so a show with no animal noises may be more cat friendly. I always chose a cartoon station for my dog when we left home! I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.
