Pet's info: Dog | Australian Shepherd - miniature | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 6 months old | 5 lbs
My dog (toy aust shep) threw up several times Saturday and a few times yesterday. We were at my dad house. We got home last night, he ate, no throwiing up. Today all is well until step kid comes over and he gets put in bedroom. Since has drank water, no food and constantly throwing up clearly to foam liquid.

Hello, sorry to hear about Blue. Vomiting may be caused by several things including abnormalities within the GI tract and abnormalities outside of the GI tract. Most commonly, especially during the holiday season we may see dogs get into foods they normally are not exposed to and develop dietary indiscretions. However, ruling out ingestion of foreign material that could be causing an obstruction is essential and this can be done with an abdominal x-ray at your veterinarian. Other causes such as pancreatitis, liver disease and kidney diseases can be ruled out with bloodwork. If he continues to vomit then I would recommend having Blue evaluated tonight or first thing in the morning. Hope this helps and best of luck.
