my persian kitten of four months accidentaly swallowed a bone. what should i do

This is unlikely to pass in a kitten sinsmall. He should be examined by an vet at an ER clinic to have an x ray done to see where it is and how large as surgery may be needed to remove it safely. If you notice any signs of vomiting or diarrhea or lethargy with no appetite then that is a sign there is a problem and things are getting worse
