My new spayed cat sleeps constantly and won't play. Is she sick?

Pet's info: Cat | Siamese | Female | spayed

I recently adopted a cat from a shelter. She was spayed on Dec 21, 2018 and since we've brought her home, all she's been doing is sleeping. She's has eaten a little and drank water but she won't play...just sleep. Should I be worried that she may be dick?

This may be stress and her being scared due to all the new changes. Since she ate a little I would give it a little more time to see if she comes around unless she starts vomiting or not eating at all. If she is. It better after another a day then I would get her checked
