Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | unneutered | 7 months and 14 days old

I have a 7 month year old pit bull boy puppy and he rencently start bleeding from his rectrum. There is no blood in is stool. At first I thought he dragged his butt on something rough and scrapped it to make it bleed but I started to pay attention to it more often and that’s not the case. The blood is coming from inside but not in his stool if hat makes any sense at all. I recently gave him medicine for worms because he was dragging his butt. He is still full of energy and eating.

That sounds like a severe anal gland infection, both the bleeding and dragging of the butt are common symptoms of this condition. you will need to take him to the vet ASAP in order to get it treated, it usually requires a long course of antibiotics to get rid of this condition.
