Why did my healthy Syrian hamster suddenly scream out of nowhere?

My seemingly happy and healthy hamster made a really weird scream noise out of no where. She lives in a 45 gal. Aquarium and eats regular hamster mix with mini corn on the cob treats. There’s no other animals to stress her out. She’s a Syrian hamster. Pet's info: Small Animal | Unknown - Small Animal | Female | unspayed

She might have stuck one of her feet in the cage or maybe a wheel if she has one, it could be due to a fall, it's very hard to know. if she is fine now then i wouldn't worry about it but if she seems lethargic or not herself you should take her to the vet to get ti checked.
