My dog jumps a lot. Is it bad for her joints? How can I stop it?

Bobbi is always jumping up and down like a cat and I'm worried the damage this may do to her joints. Is there any way I can stop her from doing that? Pet's info: Dog | Toy Poodle | Female | spayed | 1 year and 7 months old | 9 lbs
