Found a 1month old kitten in tijuna she was thrown in a trashcan took her home, she got adjusted plays well loves it here really active gets along with other cats then all of a sudden 1 month into her new home here she is now Lethargic appears to have a fever, has a cough, sneezes, purring sounds congested, has a slight dehydration (giving Suero:salt suar water)She is not as active as usually for about 4 days now wants to be held ,skinnier looking then before(bloated when found no worms in. Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female | unspayed | 5 lbs

This is probably an upper respiratory infection. it's very common in young cats and is very contagious to other cats as well. It is treated with antibiotic eye drops/ointment and oral antibiotics for about 2 weeks. if left untreated many cats will end up blind or even die from the disease. I advise going to your vet asap to start the treatment right away.
