Why is my 1-month-old kitten lethargic, coughing, and sneezing?

Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female | unspayed | 5 lbs

Found a 1month old kitten in tijuna she was thrown in a trashcan took her home, she got adjusted plays well loves it here really active gets along with other cats then all of a sudden 1 month into her new home here she is now Lethargic appears to have a fever, has a cough, sneezes, purring sounds congested, has a slight dehydration (giving Suero:salt suar water)She is not as active as usually for about 4 days now wants to be held ,skinnier looking then before(bloated when found no worms in

This is probably an upper respiratory infection. it's very common in young cats and is very contagious to other cats as well. It is treated with antibiotic eye drops/ointment and oral antibiotics for about 2 weeks. if left untreated many cats will end up blind or even die from the disease. I advise going to your vet asap to start the treatment right away.
