What is this red bump on my puppy that grew and won't go away?

What is this Red bump on my puppy? It started off as a scab looking thing but now I’m not so sure. It may have grown in size but I could be making nothing out of something. It’s been there for a little over a month. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 8 lbs

I would recommend to have Tulip seen by her doctor. The red area could be something like an infected hair follicle but it could also be a skin tumor. There are a few different types of tumors and one of them is malignant. Your doctor will look at the mass and may make a recommendation to have it aspirated to see what exactly it is.
