My dog ate dark chocolate, is vomiting and can't walk. What to do?

My dog is vomiting and she can't even walk. Recently she ate lots of dark chocolate and got sick. I took her to a vet and he said it will take considerable amount of time to get fully recovered. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 5 years and 7 months old

Poor Chooti! If she is vomiting blood and cannot walk this is a medical emergency and she needs to see a veterinarian immediately. She likely needs to be placed on IV fluids and other supportive care to treat the chocolate toxicity. I'm concerned from the signs you are describing that the amount of chocolate she ingested could be life threatening so she really needs hospitalization for treatment.
