My rabbit has watery eyes and loud breathing. Is a vet visit needed?

A friend has a rabbit with watery eyes and loud breathing. Its not normal for him and they have noticed it but don't seem to think that there is anything wrong. If it is worth going to a vet for, how could I help?

If he is also having difficulty breathing, I would also worry about pneumonia. I would encourage your friend to take their bunny to the vet, who can check for infection and prescribe the right medications to treat him.
