My dog is coughing, lethargic, and not eating. Is it kennel cough?

My 7 month old GSD was having a dry cough yesterday but acting fine. Today he is lethargic. Not eating and had a bubbling sound in his throat. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | neutered | 6 months and 22 days old | 60 lbs

It sounds like Diesel possibly may have infectious tracheobronchitis, or kennel cough. I would recommend that he be evaluated by a veterinarian soon. In the meantime I would take him in the bathroom and run the shower for 10 minutes to get him nice and humidified. Make sure he is consuming enough fluids as well.
