Poor Lola! This vomiting could be caused by a GI illness, eating something rotten, a foreign body, intestinal parasites, or pancreatitis. If she has been vomiting for less than 24 hours, I can give you a home remedy to try to see if that helps before having to take Lola into the vet. Withhold food for 12-24 hours, then feed a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in her normal diet. If the vomiting continues in the absence of food, she vomits the bland diet, develops diarrhea, stops drinking water, starts vomiting water, or becomes very lethargic, she will need to see a vet right away.

Those can be signs of a pyometra, which is a life threatening infection of the uterus. Leaving this untreated is fatal. Other causes of her symptoms include GI illness, a foreign body, systemic illness, injury, and pancreatitis. Given the risk of her having a pyometra and because I can't see her in person to rule that out, I do not recommend any home treatments. In my opinion, you need to take her into a vet immediately. As I said above, I would be concerned she has a pyometra and if you didn't take her into a vet right away, that could be fatal. I certainly don't want that to happen, so you should take her into a vet now. The vet can do a physical exam, routine blood tests, urinalysis, and x-rays. There are many reasons medically for this sudden change. I would have Chloe seen by a vet. I'm not sure if she is vaccinated or not, but if she isn't, her vomiting could be due to parvovirus. This is an often fatal infection of young unvaccinated puppies of which there is no cure. Her vomiting and anorexia could also be due to GI illness, eating something rotten, or a foreign body. I would take Chloe into a vet immediately to diagnose what is causing her symptoms so she can be treated.
