Cat bite wound swollen and seeping a week later. Is it an abscess?

My cat has a bite Mark I didn't see until a week later...it is swollen and seeping...

This is an abscess, which is an infected pocket underneath the skin. Because it is underneath you have to treat this with oral antibiotics. I recommend taking Sara in to your vet for a prescription oral antibiotic or injectable antibiotic to help clear this infection. I hope that your pet Sara is able to resolve this abscess soon with proper medical care. Best wishes and take care.
