Lethargy, not moving and keeping the eyes closed indicates that Sofie is sick. She could be painful or have a fever. Almost anything can cause the symptoms she is exhibiting ranging from Lyme disease, to cancer, to kidney failure, to nausea, etc. I recommend that Sofie be examined by a Vet today. Thank you for contacting Boop by Petco with your question about Angel. I'm concerned she could be in pain for some reason causing the reluctance to move and screaming when picked up. Keep a close eye on her tonight and if she is still this way in the morning, take her into a vet. Please do not give her any human pain medications, as many are toxic to dogs and can be fatal if given. As for eating her poop, that is very common. So gross, but common. Pick up her poop right after she goes so she cannot eat it. I hope this helps!

Thanks for using Boop by Petco! If she is squinting and there is discharge then I would be concerned about the eye. Squinting is a sign of pain. I recommend taking Betty to the vet so they can look at the eye up close. They may need to put a special drop on the eye to look for a scratch or test the pressure inside the eye. Poor Angel! I am very concerned that he is very lethargic and I think he should be examined by a vet to determine why he is so lethargic. He could have an infection, parasite, pancreatitis, liver disease, kidney disease, diabetes, Cushing's disease, Addison's disease, etc. and a vet can run some lab-work to help diagnose. He may need fluids to prevent dehydration and other medications. Please call a vet and have him seen so treatment can be started. Hope he feels better soon.

Extreme lethargy in a cat can be due to a variety of reasons (infection, pain, urinary obstruction, GI issues, etc) and the underlying cause for what you are seeing would need to be identified in order to get him feeling better. Hi, thanks for using Boop by Petco! Poor Bella! How old is Bella? I would not want to to give her vaccines if she is vomiting after she eats. If she vomits EVERY TIME she eats then that is concerning. Causes for vomiting are: intestinal parasites, pyometra (infected uterus which is a surgical emergency), foreign body (something is stuck requiring surgery), dietary indiscretion (ate something gross that is upsetting her stomach), food allergy or intolerance, toxin ingestion, Kidney or liver problems, cancer. Without seeing pictures of her eyes it's hard to say what is going on. Red eyes can be from allergies or an infection but it also could be from glaucoma, a corneal ulcer, uveitis or even be from something internal going on. I highly recommend taking Bella to the Vet for an exam and to discuss all that is going on with her. I hope this helps and I wish Bella the very best!

Hi, I'm Dr. Johnson. Thanks for using Boop by Petco. Poor Moxie! It's hard to tell 100% in the picture exactly what is going on. I wonder if Moxie is part Cocker Spaniel. Anytime I hear about a red eye I worry. The cloudiness could be edema in the cornea from increased pressure, inflammation or a corneal ulcer. Cocker Spaniels are at risk for glaucoma which is increased pressure with in the eye. Any new change in the eye I consider urgent. I recommend you see a Veterinarian now if painful. The Vet would stain the eye to look for a corneal scratch then check the intra-ocular pressure with an instrument to check for increased pressure (glaucoma) or low pressure (uveitis). Good luck!

Hi, thanks for using Boop by Petco! Oh no! Bridgette sounds sick! It is best to have her seen by a vet. There are too many possible causes for her symptoms to narrow down without an exam. She could have ingested a toxin, have a severe infection (fungal, oral, bacterial, tick borne), be in severe pain, suffered hard or spinal trauma. There could be a regional disease that is more prevalent in the Philippines. I would have her seen by a vet as soon as possible. I wish you the best!
