Kitten throwing up and has loose poop after deworming. What to do?

My 4 months Kitten is doing very loose stool and vomit after deworming what should I do he is hydrated and active. Pet's info: Cat | Siamese | Male | unneutered

Poor Coffee. You can try feeding him a small amount of plain boiled chicken (no bones) to help settle his tummy. If he is continuing to vomit and have diarrhea, I would have your vet take another look at him. Your vet will be able to assess his hydration and give fluids if needed. They will also be able to start him on some meds to help him feel better. These little kittens get dehydrated really quick so watch him closely. I hope this helps!
