My cat has blood in stool. When should I take him to the vet?

Pet's info: Cat | Turkish Angora | Male | unneutered | 10 years and 1 month old

he doesn't like his Royal Canin mobility dry food anymore so i gives him a reflex chicken I noticed some blood in his stool I read an article that the cause of this maybe a worm infection I need to know what's the signs that I should visit the vet after I see them , I have financial issues so can't take him immediately to the vet , please help me

When you notice blood in your cat's feces you need to take him to the vet ASAP, worms is an option but not a very common one to cause bleeding, there are a lot of other conditions that are more likely to be the cause of this symptom such as IBD, tumor or food allergy.
