My hamster has wet tail. What can I do to help him before the vet?

I think my hamster has wet tail. He has diarrhea and is not eating or drinking properly. He just hides and sleeps. I've given him a Pedialyte and water mix and baby food carrots. The emergency vets here don't treat hamsters. Is there anything else that will help until I get him to the vet in the morning?

Unfortunately there is very little you can do, you are already doing exactly what needs to be done, you can only hope that he will be ok until you can take him to the vet. he will need a course of antibiotics and a special fiber supplements but you need to know that many hamsters with wet tail do not survive even with the best treatment.
