My aging cat is vomiting blood and has bloody stool. What's wrong?

I have a 15 year old cat who is aging very quickly. Everyday I come home to throw up that has clumps in it and is an orange color, also some clear-white foamy stuff. Today I came home and there was a 2 inch by 3inch puddle of blood. Up by the litter box I found more, these piles though had poo in them too. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 15 years and 11 months old | 8 lbs
