These symptoms are unfortunately very vague and could be caused by almost any type of illness, so it's impossible to say what might be wrong without being able to examine her and do some testing. I would recommend taking her to see a vet as soon as possible, since I'm concerned that she may have quite a serious illness. Your vet can do blood work and x-rays to help diagnose the problem and get her started on appropriate treatment.

Loss of appetite and lethargy can be observed with many conditions such as gastroenteritis, dietary indiscretion, kidney disease, pancreatitis, among many other possibilities. Some possible causes of what you are seeing include ingestion of a foreign object, pancreatitis, various infection processes, or several less common causes. Constipation can be a very serious condition, it can be caused by a physical blockage (foreign body like a bone) or a functional peristalsis deficiency of the intestines. In order to treat simple constipation, you should increase the fibers in the food (e.g. canned pumpkin) and can add a little mineral oil to the diet. Rotor is experiencing very general symptoms of disease, these symptoms could fit almost any internal condition, maybe he is suffering from nausea due to a gastrointestinal disease and maybe he is in pain, from the symptoms described it's very hard to know. i would recommend taking him to the vet as soon as possible in order to get him checked, if he doesn't show any other obvious symptoms during the examination, a blood test and possibly an ultrasound will be needed in order to try and find out what is wrong with him.
