My dog is leaking pink fluid after mating, should I see a vet?

My yorkie mated with a shih tzu yesterday and afterwards he was leaking a pinkish fluid but it was only a couple of drop. Today all day he has been fine until a couple of minutes ago the pinkish red fluid appeared. What could be causing this? Should I get him checked out tomorrow?

Hi there. It could be a mild infection or just normal fluid from his penis, but since it is continuing I’d have your vet check him when you can so it doesn’t turn into something worse. I hope that helps and thanks for using Pet Coach!
