Hey guys, my cat had blood in his poop this morning and I suppose could be a little lethargic, should I be concerned?

Blood in the stool, red or black, is always concerning and I would recommend to contact a vet immediately. Bright red blood without stool abnormalities either diarrhea or hard, dry stools generally indicates the problem is closer to the rectum and anus. Differentials from benign food changes, infections, inflammatory disease and even cancer need to be ruled out.
