My puppy has diarrhea after mixing wet and dry food. Is this normal?

I have a 2 month old puppy and she’s been eating wellness wet food. Today i gave her wellness dry food and wet food mixed but she had diarrhea. Is this normal that it happened? Also should i stick to the same routine or just stick to the wet food? Pet's info: Dog | Bichon Frise | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 5 days old | 4.4 lbs

At her age it may be the food, a virus or even stress. Go back to the food you know she did well on without problems. If it continues then get her checked by your vet. Monitor for any vomiting or no appetite as this may be an indication there is something else going on.
