Why is my guinea pig limp and weak? Should I take him to the vet?

My guiena pig is limp and weak and I wasn’t just wondering what’s wrong with him. We take care of them but this happended to another recently and we thought it was feeding them. We’ve increase the feeding of the guiena pigs but this happened again, I was just wondering what is happening

Many medical conditions can cause this type of weakness, from a teeth problem to a gut disease, you need to take him to the vet urgently in order to get it checked and treated otherwise he will not survive for long.
