it started as sneezing and he slams his nose into the flour when he does, and he ended up busting his nose and I try to keep him on padded surfaces now but as his nose stopped bleeding he started having an awful "buger whistle" if he pants or takes deep breathes through mouth it sounds normal, but he snores like he choking now. Took to vet wk ago and the gave him some strong antibiotics, and some congestion pills, he feels better but he can't breathe out nose without struggle mainly while laying

If he is still unable to breathe well despite medicines he will need a recheck. At his age, it may be nasal polyp or tumor that is obstructing and irritating the sinus cavity cause the sneezing and breathing troubles. They can sedate him and pass a scope or a catheter to flush the sinuses. They can get debris and cells that can be analyzed and cultured to get you a definitive diagnosis. You can try to lay his neck in different positions, on his side, belly, to see which help him breath better by sleeping
