What a cute bunny! Lola should not really eat peanuts or their shells - peanuts are pretty high in fat and may disturb her intestinal motility. They are not necessarily toxic to rabbits, but not an ideal choice for a treat. There are plenty of other options for treats, many of which are readily available in pet stores. Lola can have things like carrots, green beans, small amounts of fruits such as pineapples and apples, and plenty of hay.
