Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | neutered | 1 year and 1 month old | 54 lbs
So my dog, who's just over a year old, was laying at the end of my bed and had his head laying on my foot as usual. He shifted, but I found it odd that he kept shifting over and over again, then he turned over and seemed to almost spasm for a few seconds. I quickly sat up and shined a light in his eyes and he seemed fine, but he was disoriented for about a minute after. He's fine now but I'm still worried. Should I be taking him in for this and have him looked at?

He may have been dreaming and stretching, true seizure activity is usually accompanied byy other signs such as involuntary urination etc. Continue to monitor closely for any other signs of confusion or twitching which should be checked by your vet. Video any unusual episodes if possible
